Milk thistle seeds contain silymarin, a group of biologically active substances known for their ability to protect and regenerate liver cells.
The liver is one of the most important detoxification organs in the body. In the process of eliminating toxins, a large quantity of oxygen free radicals are produced that damage the cells of the liver. Silymarin is a powerful antioxidant capable of protecting liver cells as they work, and it also promotes regeneration of damaged liver tissue. Recommended daily dose:
3g powder per 10kg body weight 2x daily (level teaspoon equals 2.5g)
The product should be administered on a long-term basis mixed into food according to the recommended dosage. In the event of inflammations and poisonings the dose can be increased up to four-fold. -
