We also provide a subscription function on our website so you can subscribe to receive an order on a regular basis, this way you'll never have to worry about running out of supplies (as we will prepare it before hand), and you will also receive better prices
- ◄Why should I shop at tadaa!?
- We may not be the first or the biggest online pet supplies company in Malaysia, but we strive to be the most reliable and trustworthy one. This means that we will never practice sneaky marketing tricks (such as jacking up prices and then slashing it to make it appear discounted and others) and we promise to be honest in recommending the right supplies that you need, regardless of our profit margin

- Almost all our products are available on subscription, if you find something you'd like that is not available on subscription please contact us and we will do our best to make it available
- ◄Why should I subscribe?
- To save time and money. More often than not we go travel to a pet store or and online pet shop just to buy the same things every few weeks. And on some of these trips, we forget to buy something or other - We're only human :) So why not just put them on subscription and have them arrive exactly when you need them? We deal directly with suppliers which means that if there are sufficient subscriptions and prepaid orders, we will able to negotiate better prices through these bulk orders and then pass it on to you. So don't just subscribe, tell your family and friends too!
How To Subscribe
- ◄How does it work?
- Go to the products that you'd like to subscribe to and simply select how often you need these items and how many you need, click add to cart and these items will be added to your cart. Continue shopping and adding as many items as you need into the cart and then go ahead to checkout. Your items will arrive at your pre-set interval (every week, every month, etc)
- ◄I can't find items I need
- Please contact us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org or via the live chat system on our website and we'll do our best to find you the products you need
- ◄What if I need different items at different times?
- Not a problem! We allow you to set the subscription intervals for each of the products you select. So you may have some items subscribed on a weekly basis, with others subscribed on a monthly basis and so on.
- ◄Can I order by email, Facebook, Twitter, etc?
- Sure! Just drop us a message with what you need and we'll take it from there.
- ◄How do I manage my subscriptions?
- If you've never used our subscription management before, here's a handy guide for you.
- ◄Can I adjust the frequency and quantity of my subscription?
- Of course! You may change the frequency and quantity of your subscription, or the individual quantity of a particular product within your cart. You may also pause your subscription in the event you're going to be out of town, or even if you simply do not need your products anymore. Just sign into your account and head to Manage Subscriptions.
- ◄Can I change my delivery date?
- Most definitely! You may view your subscription schedule and change delivery dates by signing into your account and heading to the Manage Subscriptions page. You just need to do so 3 days in advance for your changes to take effect. For example, if you make a change to your delivery schedule 1 day before your upcoming shipment, the change will only come into effect for the following shipment.
- ◄Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, you may do this at the Manage Subscriptions page, but you must first log into your account. You will need to do this at least 3 days before your upcoming shipment for it to come into effect.
- ◄How does prepayment work?
- Prepaying for your subscription means that you will be charged up-front the total cost of your recurring cart, including all shipping charges. This will show up as a one-time payment, but you will be saving more money compared to a regular on-going subscription as we apply a larger discount for prepaid subscriptions. You will also be given the option to put your prepaid subscription on auto-renew, so that it behaves much like the on-going subscription, and you won't have to manually renew the subscription when your 3 or 6 shipments are complete. But not to worry, we will never renew anything (or charge you for it) without your approval.
- ◄How much more do I save by prepaying?
- Our prepayment discounts are different for different products. At the moment your savings range from 3% to 8%
- ◄I am not comfortable with credit card charges
- We do not store your credit card details for any reason and will never disclose such personal information except where necessary to dispatch your shipments. Credit card details are stored by our payment gateway, Braintree - a Paypal Company, which is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant service provider. If you are still hesitant about making credit card payments, we may accept payment via online banking. Please drop us an email at email@example.com and we will assist you with this process.
- ◄Are there other hidden charges I need to know about?
- If you consider shipping rates a hidden charge, then yes. Otherwise, none.
- ◄Where do you deliver to?
- We currently deliver throughout the whole of Malaysia, with Free Shipping services for orders above RM100 to Peninsular Malaysia
- ◄How are my parcels delivered?
- We deliver your parcels via secure courier services such as Pos Laju and Pgeon
- ◄When will my parcels arrive?
- Under ordinary circumstances we ship your order the day after you have placed them, using next day delivery services provided by the couriers. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped, together with a tracking code. So the earliest you may receive your parcel is 2 working days after your order has been placed.
On occasion there may be delays on the courier's end, which results in a day or two delay. Thus we advise you to expect 2-4 working days for the delivery of your parcel(s). If you need urgent delivery on certain items or would like to schedule them for a later date, please feel free to contact us any time.
- ◄What happens to my delivery if I am not home to receive it or it falls on a weekend/public holiday?
- If your shipment falls on a weekend/public holiday, expect your shipment to arrive on the following working day. In the event there is no one present to receive your shipment, the courier service will leave a card informing you of the parcel and how to proceed. If you face other difficulties please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
- ◄I am moving house. What will happen to my subscription?
- You may change your delivery address at any time, as long as it is 3 working days before your next shipment. Just log in using your account (Or sign up if you don't have one - It's free!) and head to Manage Subscriptions. Our pause subscription function may also be helpful to you.
- ◄I did not receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
- Drop us an email at email@example.com and we will do what we can to rectify this issue. If you'd like to check on your transaction history, order and subscription schedule, you may do so by logging into your account (Or sign up if you don't have one - It's free!) and heading the Manage Subscriptions.
