How to Manage Your Subscription

Step 1
Click on the accounts icon on our navigation menu. 

Step 2

Sign in to your account by entering your email and password.

If you have not created your account, please sign up for an account using the email you made your purchase with. You should also have received an email after your purchase which allows you to activate your account. If you are having trouble accessing your account please contact our team at hello@tadaa.my, using the chat function on our website or call us. 

Step 3

Once you're signed into your account you will see your order history. If you have multiple subscriptions of different intervals you will see multiple orders. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" and it will take you to our subscription management portal. 

Step 4

In the subscription management portal, you will be able to see your upcoming orders, change your subscription interval/frequency and manage the rest of your subscription.

You can increase or decrease the quantity of your order, need one more bag of dog food for a new puppy? No problem. Or for whatever reason you'd like to skip or resume an order. 

 On the manage subscription dropdown you can do a number of things.
- View and update your card: if you've got a new card or the existing one expires
- Update your shipping address: for when you move
- Update your shipping method
- Change your upcoming order date: if you need to adjust your delivery earlier or later
- View your transaction history with us
- Swap products: for when you feel like trying something new or if your existing product isn't quite suitable for you or your family
