How to Manage Your Subscription

Step 1
Click on the accounts icon on our navigation menu. 

Step 2

Sign in to your account by entering your email and password.

If you have not created your account, please sign up for an account using the email you made your purchase with. You should also have received an email after your purchase which allows you to activate your account. If you are having trouble accessing your account please contact our team at hello@tadaa.my, using the chat function on our website or call us. 

Step 3

Once you're signed into your account you will see your order history. Click on "Customer Portal Page" and it will take you to our subscription management portal. 

Step 4

In the Customer Portal Page, you will be able to see your active subscriptions. Click "Edit Subsctiption". If you have multiple subscriptions of different intervals you will see multiple orders.



Here you will be able to edit your order frequency (a), add/remove/adjust product quantities (b), readjust upcoming billing dates (c), or trigger a payment right away! (d)

You will also be able to skip an order (e), pause (f) or cancel (g) your subscription. Delivery (h) and Payment (i) details can be changed at any time prior to payment being triggered - we recommend doing so 3 days before for the changes to take effect.

Keep in mind that Minimum Orders/Deliveries are applied on a per delivery basis. For Coco&Joe frozen food, you may check the applicable rate for your location on the product page prior to checkout.
