Refund policy

Cancellations
Our policy for cancellations and refunds only applies to orders that have not been processed and shipped. We may deduct transaction fees incurred to us, at our discretion, prior to making the refund to you.

Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled and refunded.

Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days for damaged or defective goods only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Opened bags of pet food will be accepted if the product is in unusable condition.

We also do not offer exchanges on wearable goods, pet bowls, intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

To exchange or return your product, you should mail/send your product to: A-13A-11, Block A, Tropicana Avenue, No.12 Persiaran Tropicana, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor MALAYSIA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
